Gerald “Jerry” Brennan

Jerry has over 40 years of experience in the Fire and EMS field, as well as being a Paramedic and the Lead Instructor of the State’s Fire Academy. Jerry plans, directs, and coordinates all activities related to the oversite of the EMS and Fire under the Fire Commission to include, but not limited to conducting field visits to validate programs, training and inspection of regulated assets or equipment, manage grants received by the agency pertaining to BLS, working with private and volunteer providers for provision of care, maintain approval and oversight of the BLS educational issues and curriculum content for training and to field any questions pertaining to regulations and protocols through direct contact with the State’s Medical Director’s.
