Once your completed submission is received, a Commission representative will contact the individual requesting the reinspection to schedule a date and time for the inspection.
Important Notice:
No ambulance provider may operate an ambulance within the State of Delaware without a valid license and/or permit issued by the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission. EMS providers who fail to comply with licensing and permitting requirements are subject to fines and other disciplinary actions.
Ambulance service providers must also notify the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission of any company changes, including but not limited to updated contact information and contracts for non-emergency ambulance services.
All required fees and or fines shall be paid before scheduling. This includes the reinspection fee.
