Background Check Denial or Revocation Appeal Request Submission Instructions

This appeal must be received by the State Fire Prevention Commission within fifteen (15) days of the applicant’s or member’s receipt of written notification of denial or revocation. Appeals received after the statutory deadline may be dismissed.

This appeal and supporting documentation will be submitted to the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission, to the attention of the Office of Investigative Services.
